Senior Taxonomy Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily taxonomy operations by labeling, annotating, and classifying complex job and resume data.
• Standardize job titles and accurately map occupations across core global datasets.
• Perform data cleanup and localization workflows tailored for global markets.

Must-Have Skills:

• Native-level fluency in English or Spanish.
• Proven experience in data taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.
• Strong hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, and validation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Direct knowledge of HR systems, talent acquisition, or job taxonomy structures.
• Basic familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.

Time Zone & Collaboration:

• This role is 100% remote from LATAM with consistent alignment to Central Time (CT) zone.
• Flexibility to accommodate key ceremonies and stand-ups within standard Austin business hours.
