Senior Software Engineer, Conversational AI

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Conversational AI team, you’ll shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences by architecting and building intelligent systems. You will work with cross-functional partners to transform product initiatives into scalable solutions, leading complex projects, defining scope, setting technical direction, and mentoring teammates. You'll leverage expertise in Node.js, Typescript, backend systems, and RESTful APIs. You'll own projects through the entire software development lifecycle, translate conceptual work into tech plans, and design experiments. Additionally, you will navigate complex systems, identify challenges, and create plans to address them, driving system quality and leveling up the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
