Penetration Tester - Practitioner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct network-based and web application penetration testing to evaluate client infrastructure.
• Perform red team exercises to identify weaknesses and provide remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to socialize testing best practices and improve service delivery.

Client Engagement:

• Work directly with private equity companies and investment firms to assess technology risks.
• Partner with client technical leads to ensure timely planning and execution of testing efforts.
• Deliver structured reports that clearly outline vulnerabilities and risk mitigation strategies.

Project Delivery:

• Drive independent penetration testing projects to successful completion after initial apprenticeship.
• Maintain a consistent output of at least one comprehensive penetration test per week.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and effectively communicate technical findings.
