Product Designer

Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs. Identify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production. Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions. Stay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design fields. We value autonomy and initiative and we emphasize iteration and continuous progress.
