Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist is an operational role and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality and compliance in our products before reaching our patients and stakeholders. The incumbent will develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures to ensure that our products meet established standards and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and monitor compliance. The role involves conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying areas for quality control improvement, training staff, preparing quality reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Participation in the review and analysis of customer feedback and product defects is also required.
