Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you will do:

• Own features on Techstars OS end to end, from design to go-live, including AI-native parts like search and retrieval.
• Build data pipelines across the Enterprise Data Platform and OS.
• Raise the floor on reliability and velocity through tests, code review, and CI/CD.

What you bring:

• Strong TypeScript and Python, and solid React experience.
• Proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL and data pipelines.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed features to production and operating containerized services (GCP/AWS).

Nice to have:

• Event-driven architectures and Kafka-based data platforms.
• Evaluation and observability for LLM features, MCP tool surfaces, and identity/auth systems.
• Prior work at an accelerator, investment firm, or high-growth startup.
