Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role:

• Join a fast-growing European AI voice tech company building an AI-powered phone assistant for SMBs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features on a remote-first team with real customer impact.

What You'll Do:

• Own features across the full stack from discovery to release.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and Sales to define what gets built.
• Form hypotheses and validate them through lightweight experiments.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of fullstack engineering with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Product mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions.
