Director of Analytics

Our Director of Analytics will be an analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making at Rula. You will partner with teammates across the company, including, Data Engineering, Finance, Partnerships, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for various teams using data. As a leader of a small team of data scientists, you will draw from your vast analytics toolkit to translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights, and communicate results in a compelling manner, often interacting with senior leadership
