Vendor Risk Consultant

SecurityScorecard’s MAX team delivers vendor risk management services on behalf of customers. Our MAX team is growing and we are seeking a Vendor Risk Consultant to join our team and help us manage and mitigate risks associated with our customers’ vendors. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the largest companies in the world and make a significant impact on their business by ensuring that their information is held securely by their vendors. In this role you will conduct risk assessments of customers’ potential and existing vendors, monitor and track vendor risk profiles, stay informed about security threats, and develop and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and customers. This includes assessing new cybersecurity findings identified by SecurityScorecard and providing analysis to vendors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts. Data analysis skills and experience with scripting languages like Python are desired. Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISA are also a plus.
