Senior Regional Facilities Manager – West Region

Oversee the repair, maintenance and proactive lifecycle asset replacement for a regional real estate portfolio of up to 150-200 locations, ensuring all facilities meet Ferguson standards. Implement the Integrated Facilities Management strategies for all owned and leased properties. Work alongside a national facilities team while collaborating with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal partners; Deliver a white-glove customer service experience, ensuring critical systems are maintained, and managing a region-wide program for asset inspections. Develop documentation, provide strategic analysis via reports and presentations, and manage the overall budget for Facilities Management, driving cost savings initiatives. Work closely with Project Management on renovations and new projects, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction through best-in-class practices.
