Job Description
Renewal Manager responsible for managing the renewal process for our existing and potential partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction, retention, and timely renewals of agreements. This role works in partnership with the cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned partners to drive successful renewals and maximize revenue growth.
Manages the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and timely execution of renewal agreements. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, understanding their business needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Identifies opportunities to increase revenue through contract expansions, upgrades, and add-on services. Continuously evaluates and improves the renewal process.
