The Role:
- Deliver 1:1 business English coaching to senior professionals at a global enterprise client.
- Build a real relationship with each learner over time, selecting and sequencing content from the IMMERSE library.
- Work independently with advanced learners, adjusting approaches based on their needs.
Compensation:
- The role pays $45 to $70 per session, based on coaching experience and credentials.
- Onboarding and calibration are paid separately at $20 per hour.
- Coaches invoice monthly and are paid within 30 days in USD.
