Opportunity:

- Collaborate on defined scopes of work with clear deliverables, timelines, and fee structures.
Expertise Sought:
- Demonstrate deep experience in K-12 education, instructional materials, and educator development.
- Offer specialization in areas like multilingual learner support, special education, or systems-level implementation.
- Build trusting relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation:
- Receive hourly rates of $50–$100, or half-day ($300–$600) and full-day ($600–$1,000) engagement fees.
- Compensation is project-based, varying by expertise, scope, and geographic market.
- Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits but may receive travel expense reimbursement per project.
