Professional Learning Manager, PD Design and Onboarding

Accountabilities:

• Set the vision, priorities, and operating approach for the Professional Development Design team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Development Designers.
• Create, review, edit, and continuously improve professional development materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience creating professional development for K-12 educators.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
