IT Sr. Salesforce Developer (Platforms/APIs)

Responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders and technical architects in order to build software solutions. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Remote work/work at home may be permitted, with domestic travel required to company’s offices in PA (up to 10%). Build and code customized applications on Salesforce platform, build automations and build and code APIs to connect data with other applications. Help drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization, including building and modifying solutions on the platform, supporting integrations, coding, and unit testing. Own support tickets that require advanced problem solving. Provide development and release deployment documentation, and provide support for Sales Force incidents and requests reported by the business community. Troubleshoot and resolve complex business problems related to Salesforce and integrations to other database applications, and perform other tasks as assigned.
