Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote overnight acute care imaging for ED and inpatients, primarily CT, US, and XR with some MRI.
  • Work in tandem with existing emergency radiologists and an emergency neuroradiologist as the 5th overnight radiologist.
  • Support residents working overnight and participate in teaching and trainee supervision.

Qualifications:

  • ABR board-certified/eligible and eligible for an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
  • Subspecialty training preferred; strong clinical skills in multiple modalities and organ systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency and inpatient setting and collaborate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Very competitive base salary with annual academic incentive bonus, professional development fund, and retirement contribution.
  • Compensation rates updated effective 9/1/2026 with base increases of $80k-$120k.
  • 13 weeks of clinical duty per year with 21 days off between blocks.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote from home anywhere in the USA except Alaska, Hawaii, and New Jersey.
  • Eastern time zone business hours may apply; occasional visits to Emory University location.
  • Division operates 24/7/365; candidates must be prepared for overnight shifts.
