About the Role:
- Serve as a senior analytics partner for a fast-moving, host-facing product organization.
- Drive high-impact analysis, experimentation, and reporting that shapes product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and quasi-experiments to measure feature impact.
- Develop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance.
- Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in advanced analytics or data science with strong SQL and Python/R.
- Proven experience applying statistical methods and experimentation to product problems.
- Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and communicate tradeoffs.
Key Details:
- Remote within the U.S., full-time contract for approximately 3 months.
- Pay rate is $110-$128 per hour on a W2 basis through Maleda Tech.
