Responsibilities:
- Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy through observational causal analysis and experiment meta-analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Masters/Ph.D.) with 4+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in SQL and programming languages like R/Python.
- Deep understanding of online experimentation, causal inference, and statistical techniques.
