The Manager, Software Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day management of a software engineering team and their deliverables. The Manager works closely with key stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives. The Software Engineering Manager will ensure their team is aware of and understands the what, the how, and the why of current priorities. The Manager is an expert at their craft and will guide their team towards also becoming experts. We are looking for Managers for 2 teams with the following options and requirements:
Maintains current knowledge in areas of responsibility and leads software development efforts, guiding and mentoring the team. Prioritizes, monitors, and manages results and proactively manages project obstacles. Provides technical leadership of Jamf development projects and ensures overall code quality. Mentors Software Engineers and ensures consistent application of Lean principles and Agile development practices. Performs key people management responsibilities and actively collaborates with engineering leadership, ensuring teams understand Jamf values and engineering priorities.
