Job Description
RRD is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Part-Time Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its Legal Department. This role is focused exclusively on supporting the company's real estate portfolio and requires approximately 20-25 hours per week. Act as lead counsel for all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and various property matters. Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases, preferably for retail and industrial properties, and manage lease renewals and amendments. The ideal candidate is an independent, results-focused legal practitioner with deep experience in commercial real estate law. Proven track record of drafting and negotiating contracts solely related to complex real estate transactions and commercial leases, must possess a proactive, hands-on style toward managing legal and business risks.
