Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Seller Central operations including listing updates, catalog maintenance, and backend troubleshooting.
- Investigate and resolve listing, catalog, variation, suppression, and flat file issues.
- Manage Seller Support cases and monitor account health for marketplace performance.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central backend operations.
- Strong experience resolving listing, catalog, account health, and Seller Support issues.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
