Job Description
The UX Writer will be responsible for the content for all Design projects, motivating and supporting all other team members according to the objectives set by the organization, the area and the team to which they belong. They will have a holistic design perspective (from UX definition, Visual Design, Content to Design Coaching) and will be responsible for making decisions in this area, in coordination with team members, considering the implications for Business and Technology areas.
Responsibilities include: Design of Experience in informed journey flows with a focus on research, product vision, data-driven approaches, conversion optimization, CSAT improvement, and reduction of claims. They will conduct revisions of tone, style, and overall writing of design proposals. Validations with TCR (Transparency, Clarity, and Responsibility) principles in user communications, creation of content for presentations.
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in product development, expertise in information architecture techniques, UX writing, knowledge of systemic thinking, and clear communication of business needs.
