Job Description

Leadership and Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and coach a distributed team of 5–7 engineers.

Foster growth and collaboration across the team and broader organization.

Recruit, interview, and onboard new engineering team members, including contractors.

Technical Oversight:

Provide strong technical oversight through design and code reviews.

Identify technical risks and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure operational excellence in production, including reliability and scalability.

Collaboration and Influence:

Partner with product, design, and other stakeholders to align on priorities.

Influence and elevate engineering practices across the broader organization.

Drive and influence technical best practices across multiple teams.
