  • Provide empathetic, structured support to callers seeking help for substance use and related needs; de-escalate and maintain rapport.
  • Conduct clinical intakes using Scope, following Akido protocols, scripts, and decision support.
  • Connect callers to the right level of care (MAT access, outpatient, detox/residential referrals, counseling, harm-reduction services, basic needs).
