Job Description
As the first founding engineer, shape the engineering vision, work closely with the founder, with exposure to product, design, and strategy. The role involves leading technical architecture and development of Soul and upcoming apps, building blockchain integrations including wallet connection, calling smart contracts, and managing data flows. Develop across the stack, frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js), and infra (Kubernetes/GCP). Establish engineering best practices and mentor future hires. Opportunity to grow into Head of Engineering as we scale.
