Senior Data Manager

Responsibilities:

• You will operate and evolve the data platform (Databricks, Unity Catalog, data lake), ensuring availability, performance, and cost control.
• You will establish and enforce data best practices: governance, modeling, quality, security, privacy, lineage, and accessibility.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to document clear data requirements and validate products with users.

Requirements:

• You have prior experience as a Data/Analytics Manager, Data Engineering Lead, or Tech Lead with people management.
• You have expertise in at least two of: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or AI.
• You have hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Spark/PySpark, SQL, and workflow orchestration.

Differentials:

• Direct experience with CI&T Flow or AI agent ecosystems.
• Experience with multi-tenant data platforms and usage-based billing models.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy; familiarity with LGPD, GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
