Job Description
You will serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for Knock's customers, having calls with contacts and answering questions on email/Slack. You will become an expert in the Knock platform to help new and existing developers best use the product and will help customers plan and execute implementations. Part of the role also includes identifying any blockers for a customer adopting Knock and helping them overcome those obstacles by updating documentation and streamlining SDKs. You will also answer questions about the product, create technical content, and deliver feedback to the product and engineering team.
