Responsible for outbound sales and driving adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™ across mortgage lenders and real estate agents. Operate in a B2B2C environment, partnering with professionals to drive volume and provide better experiences for homeowners. Own strategic relationships within a defined territory, execute scalable growth strategies, and support cross-functional initiatives to drive loan application volume.
Support the customer journey from application to initial disclosures, provide an overview of Knock’s products and programs, and assist Loan Officers by seeing customers through to a successful closing. Assist Loan Officers by gathering required documentation to complete the loan application, and work with borrowers and partners to help borrowers become pre-approved for the Knock Bridge Loan.
