About the Role:
- Support the customer journey from application to funding, gathering documentation and ensuring compliant disclosures.
- Manage a pipeline of 30 loan closings per month, meeting quotas and company metrics.
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of mortgage operations experience and an active NMLS license or ability to acquire one.
- Experience with LOS, Blend, and Google Suite, with excellent customer service skills.
