Lending Operations Specialist

The Role:

• Manage the bridge loan cycle from setup to closing.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare TRID-compliant disclosures and closing documents.
• Calculate advance amounts and audit signed packages.
• Deliver timely status updates to all stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of mortgage closing and processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and TRID.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote startup environments.
