Law and Motion Attorney

The Law and Motion Attorney will have a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, with a deep understanding of civil litigation. This position requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents, and collaborating with legal staff to develop case strategies. The candidate should take complete ownership of their workload and bring positivity to the workplace. Qualifications include 1+ years of civil litigation experience, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and good standing with the California State Bar.
