The Gameplay Software Engineer II will be responsible for creating sample TypeScript code to demonstrate NPC behaviors in Horizon Worlds, developing both simple and complex examples for creator samples and AI training. The role requires a BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience, along with 3-5 years of game development experience and proficiency in TypeScript. The engineer must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The candidate should have a habit of writing clean, encapsulated, testable, and well-documented code, and experience with all phases of product development lifecycle.
