Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive mentoring and outreach to BSN students, focusing on engagement, confidence, and academic success through Chamberlain Care principles.
  • Assess individual student needs and learning styles to develop customized academic and NCLEX readiness plans, offering targeted guidance and resources.
  • Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with academic leadership to document student progress and contribute to retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 5+ years of clinical Registered Nurse experience are required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in an academic support role and 1+ year of online teaching or coaching in a nursing program are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a current unencumbered RN license.

Additional Information:

  • The expected salary range is between $73,521 and $87,000 per year, with adjustments based on experience, training, and other job-related factors.
