Senior UX Content Strategist

You will collaborate with a cross-functional product team to create experiences that delight customers and achieve Experian's goals. In this role, you will work with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and partners to plan and implement the creation of direct-to-consumer financial products that are clear, reasonable, and effective. You will contribute content for emails, push notifications, marketing, customer support, chatbot and other complementary channels. Beyond individual team projects, you will also help define, develop, and document tools and processes that have strategic benefit across the organization, like internal style guides, generative AI tools, content management systems, and messaging playbooks. Core responsibilities include collaborating with product designers to co-design experiences, ensuring content is effective, scalable, and compliant. You will take ownership of content deliverables, ensuring understanding of UX principles, business objectives, and project constraints. The position will report to the Manager Content Strategy UX Writing.
