The Marketing Campaign Manager is the strategic architect of Rackspace's multi-channel marketing initiatives, driving content strategy and digital campaign execution to maximize pipeline generation and conversion. This role serves as the content strategist and digital marketing leader, orchestrating integrated campaigns across digital channels while developing compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable business results. The role involves content strategy leadership, digital campaign orchestration, and data-driven content optimization. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, field marketing, partnerships, digital teams, and creative services to ensure consistent brand storytelling and content alignment across all customer touchpoints. They will also collaborate with cloud hyperscalers to develop co-branded content strategies and joint digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and refining comprehensive content and digital marketing approaches, leading content planning and digital campaign coordination, creating full-funnel content experiences, and managing content performance metrics and digital campaign analytics. The role also involves vendor & budget management, technical & operational support using Salesforce and HubSpot, and performance & reporting to senior stakeholders.
