- Lead complex AI initiatives and own the design and delivery of ML/LLM systems.
- Partner with clinicians, product, and engineering to translate requirements into ML problems.

- Develop evaluation frameworks and ship production-ready models with guardrails.
Requirements:
- 3+ years engineering experience, including 1+ year deploying ML systems with LLMs.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, with hands-on LLM techniques.
