Role Overview:
- Lead and oversee complex statistical analyses for real-world evidence studies.
- Provide high-level strategic recommendations and guide junior analysts in observational research.
- Influence key decisions within client's RWE and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for large-scale RWE studies.
- Mentor junior analysts, review work for accuracy, and optimize RWD analytics workflows.
- Develop tools, automated workflows, and advanced data visualizations to improve research impact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or epidemiology with 3 years in leadership.
- Expertise in SAS programming; advanced proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare system, claims data, and electronic medical records.
