Contract Technical Talent Partner

We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Talent Partner to help scale their engineering team during a period of high growth. This role owns the end to end recruitment process for Engineering roles, and they'll partner with hiring managers, leadership, and the global Talent team to define role requirements and hiring criteria. They will build and execute sourcing strategies to build a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates Screen candidates for both technical expertise and alignment to company culture. They will also provide regular updates and data-driven insights on recruiting pipelines and hiring progress. This is a 3 months contract opportunity with the possibility to extend.
