Smart Cities Manager

AtkinsRealis are seeking a Smart Cities Manager for a large mixed-use project in Riyadh, KSA, involving public spaces, urban infrastructure, high-end residences, and cultural landmarks. The role focuses on leading the execution of digital transformation and smart city initiatives throughout the region, providing specialized technical assistance in designing and preparing urban development processes. This position requires offering innovative strategies for future city projects by creating Smart City Masterplans tailored to local contexts, identifying traditional urban infrastructure assets, and integrating them with future technology-based urban infrastructure assets like datasets, networks, connected devices, and sensors. You will work with Land Use & Built Environment Masterplanning and Urban Design teams to identify smart city solutions that enhance the quality of life, addressing Smart Economy, Smart Environment, Net Zero Agenda, Smart Living, Smart Mobility, Smart People, and Smart Governance. Additionally, you will establish relationships with client personnel to foster business development opportunities, develop business cases, and plan project realization steps.
