Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager leads cross-functional collaborations to drive strategic marketing initiatives in priority markets. You will drive the development of corporate and local marketing strategies to acquire new donors and build donor loyalty, while also managing budgets, territories, and ensuring compliance.
You will partner with operations leadership, and ensure that strategic marketing efforts deliver measurable outcomes and fuel business growth. The Field Marketing Manager will strategize and implement localized marketing initiatives, promoting community engagement, and amplifying brand awareness and growth in assigned territories with operations leadership. You will ensure that brand and marketing plans are tailored to meet the needs of each market activated across all platforms to maximize impact.
Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, marketing coordination and performance optimization, metrics and reporting, cross-functional coordination, and special projects. Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of field marketing experience, experience managing multi-site locations, expertise in budgeting and financial management.
