Job Description
This role acts as the critical link between our HR& IT department. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights and process improvements.
Collaborate with HR and teams that perform processes to understand and document business needs related to Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking , Recruitment, Payroll and Reporting).
Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements to maximize value for the business and connecting it with Workday and other tools / systems capabilities. Ensure the appropriate documentation of the processes ISO approved manner. Act as a trusted advisor to departments by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and analyzing value add to translate it to the business language and functional requirements. Support HR teams in generating reports and dashboards using Workday and potentially other / more tools and systems to enable data-driven decision-making. Support change initiatives by helping to define training needs, document changes, and ensure business readiness for updates or enhancements in alignment with development and culture department.
