Director of Tax (m/f/d)

To accompany a new and exciting chapter of transformation and growth, we are looking for a Director of Tax of the AVIV Group with the opportunity to build up the group tax function. The Director of Tax is responsible for direction and overseeing the AVIV global and in particular German tax compliance . The Director of Tax will directly report to the CFO. Responsible for all tax matters at Group level and coordination of tax compliance for most Group subsidiary companies nationally and internationally, the role involves keeping up-to-date of the Group wide transfer pricing policy for services and IP as well. Tax support for preparation/audit of consolidated financial statements is also a requirement , as is tax due diligence support for investments and acquisitions.
