As a Senior Tax Manager, you will lead and manage M&A tax engagements, advise clients on tax implications, perform technical research, review financial data, and collaborate with various teams throughout the deal process. You will also supervise junior team members and stay current on tax regulations.
Lead a team of tax return reviewers to ensure every review meets both accuracy and efficiency goals. This position bridges tax expertise, operations, and leadership to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with service delivery and product teams to share learnings, provide feedback for performance management, improve training, and enhance the tools and resources that support our tax experts.
