What You'll Do:
- Own the engineering team backlog, maintaining it in a prioritized, ready-to-work state.
- Prioritize across strategic features, customer escalations, and technical debt, making tradeoffs explicit.
- Identify blockers early and escalate to unblock the team with minimal impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in agile B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of agile and scrum, with practical experience to know when to adapt.
- Technical literacy to read API specs, follow architecture conversations, and reason about engineering tradeoffs.
