As a Senior Product Manager, you will direct product strategy and development while simultaneously leading growth initiatives with our marketing teams, balancing quick-win experiments with a long-term vision that delivers a best-in-class customer experience. You'll lead and guide product strategy for the complete customer journey – from acquisition and onboarding to activation and retention. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement a strategic roadmap enabling TextNow to achieve our mission at scale. Establish deep partnerships with Growth Marketing, UA teams, Brand, and Lifecycle Marketing to create a consistent and optimized customer journey throughout all touchpoints.
You'll collaborate closely with Marketing to define our go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition roadmap, ensuring alignment across platforms and channels. Partner with Marketing leads to improve organic and paid user acquisition, optimizing customer acquisition costs and LTV across multiple marketing channels. You'll build, measure and iterate rapidly using A/B testing and other analytical tools, with a focus on scalable and sustainable growth.
