Principal AI Architect

We are looking for a Principal AI Architect, reporting to the Director – Enterprise Architecture, to work with cross-functional business teams, technical delivery as well as senior executives to drive and design and mature AI CoE. As an AI architect you will lead, own and govern the vision, roadmap, use of architecture design patterns, data tools and principles that align to the overarching IT Strategy and optimally serve their respective domain. The ideal candidate will consult and collaborate cross-organizationally to support delivery of end-to-end capabilities. They own, report, and consult on the overall health and corresponding risks of the technical domain. The role involves executing the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice, architecting agentic IT capabilities, building LLM-powered agents, designing orchestration flows, implementing grounding strategies using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and working with application teams to embed agents within existing systems. This role also entails leading design patterns, managing the architecture review process, designing end-to-end solutions, and contributing to target state solution architectures.
