WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and analyze real estate and project finance models from scratch
- Develop pro formas, including revenue, operating costs, and development timelines
- Model cash flows, IRR, equity returns, and investment performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Private Equity, Real Estate Development, Commercial Real Estate Finance, or Project Finance / Infrastructure
- Proven ability to build real estate or project finance models from scratch
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
