Responsibilities:
- Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling.
Performance Management & Reporting:
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
- Design, build, and modernize FP&A deliverables.
- Analyze operational and financial performance.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and automation.
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (NetSuite experience a plus).
