About You:
- You have 3+ years of experience leading product-facing engineering teams.
- You’re comfortable being the technical voice, guiding architecture and quality decisions.
- You have a point of view on coding agents: what they're good at, where they fail, and how products can make them dramatically more useful.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing a team of professional software engineers.
- Proven experience leading teams that build end-user product features.
- Async-first communication skills and experience working in a globally distributed remote team.
