About the Role:
- Architect and build a robust test suite for Flutter (web + desktop) and FastAPI/gRPC backends.
- Develop contract and integration tests for critical APIs, including payments and PIMS integrations.
AI-Assisted QA:
- Use LLMs to generate test cases from PRs, specs, and code diffs, then curate output.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and workflows for repeatable AI-assisted QA tasks.
Production Reliability:
- Own observability with a focus on error budgets, alerting, anomaly detection, and resilience testing.
- Implement visual regression testing for admin and hospital-facing UIs.
Process and Culture:
- Develop test data management strategies and defect reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and support to surface quality risks early, with a customer-first mindset.
